Dr. Andrea J. Boudreaux, FACHE is a committed healthcare executive and medical psychologist with nearly
two decades of progressive leadership in healthcare strategy, operations, and clinical practice.
She is an Honors graduate of Howard University and The Texas A&M University System School of Public Health.
Dr. Boudreaux is Board Certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. An accomplished health equity leader, she is committed to improving maternal health outcomes through the provision of culturally competent, evidence based education to expectant mothers across the globe and working with federal and state policy makers to ensure education is considered a part of the continuum of care for mothers. Prior to joining Lamaze International as CEO, she was the Senior Partner at JCG Consulting Group.
Dr. Boudreaux worked to improve the health of children and adolescents through the integration of behavioral health and primary care. Her research interests include the integration of spirituality/religion and psychotherapy as well as the underutilization of mental health services within the African American community.
