Cynthia Ann Williams

Cynthia Ann Williams is a 
Psychologist, Health and Wellness Consultant

She is currently working as a recovery technician/Clinician at Casa de Vida, a residential treatment facility that assists individuals suffering from substance abuse located in Tucson, Az. Received a MA in Psychology degree from both the University of the Rockies and Walden University. Currently pursuing a doctorate in Health Psychology degree from the Walden University with research that explores the lived experience of obese Black women with weight loss and counseling post-bariatric surgery. My passion entails health and wellness education as well as the importance of good mental health self-care within the Black community.
